Skyra started because a business we were running could not find a CRM that fitted how it actually worked — and could not afford the six-figure implementation that would have made one fit. So we built it, and then other people asked for it.
What we do
Skyra AI Software Solutions is a software company based in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. We build and run four things for growing businesses: a customisable CRM, the websites that feed it, the SEO that brings the traffic, and the automation that handles the follow-up.
Our customers are typically between five and a hundred people, often running more than one business, and usually at the point where spreadsheets and personal WhatsApp accounts have stopped scaling. They do not have an IT department. They need software that works on Monday, not a transformation programme.
We started in education and admissions — an industry with brutal enquiry volumes and unforgiving deadlines — and that shaped the product. If a CRM can survive counselling season, it can survive most things.
