Pricing questions
Before you pick a plan
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in and works on records. Read-only dashboard viewers on Business and Enterprise do not consume a seat, and you can add or remove seats mid-cycle with proration to the day.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on monthly plans. Onboarding and data migration are included on Business and Enterprise, and available on Growth as a one-time paid service quoted after we see the size and state of your data.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is charged automatically, because we do not take a card to start. Choose a plan and your workspace continues untouched; do nothing and it moves to read-only, with your data retained for 30 days.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade whenever you like — it takes effect immediately and is prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal so you keep the access you have already paid for.
How do WhatsApp charges work?
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of template messages. Beyond that you can buy message packs, and Meta conversation charges are billed at cost with no markup — you can see the rate per country before you send.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves 20%. Registered non-profits and educational institutions get an additional 20%, and multi-year commitments are negotiable on Enterprise.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, and NEFT or RTGS for annual invoices in India, through Razorpay. International customers can pay by card or bank transfer in USD.
Is there a refund policy?
Annual plans can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the current period. Details are on the refund policy page.
