ServiceFive rules that prevent most rejections
Pick the right category
Utility for something the customer initiated; Marketing for anything promotional; Authentication only for one-time codes.
Number your variables
Use {{1}}, {{2}} in order, never adjacent, and never at the very start or end of the message body.
Give a sample for every variable
Meta reviews the filled-in version. Vague or empty samples are the second most common rejection reason.
Avoid threatening or absolute claims
No guaranteed outcomes, no urgency pressure, no mention of WhatsApp or Meta trademarks in the body.
Include a clear opt-out
Marketing templates should tell the recipient how to stop. It improves approval odds and lowers block rates.
Edit rather than resubmit
A rejected template can be edited and resubmitted. Creating duplicates instead gets the whole account flagged.
We will get yours approved
Send us the messages you want to send. We draft them as compliant templates, submit them to Meta and keep them maintained.
