This policy explains what personal data Skyra AI Software Solutions ("we", "us") collects through this website and the Skyra platform, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Data we collect

Information you give us — name, work email, phone number, company, and anything you type into a form or send us in a message.
Usage data — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type.
Customer data — where you use the Skyra platform, the records you store in it. We process this on your behalf as a data processor; you remain the controller.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provision a trial, and provide the services you have asked for.
To send service messages about your account, and marketing messages you have consented to.
To improve the site and product, using aggregated analytics.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Legal basis

We rely on contract where we are providing a service you asked for, consent for marketing communication, and legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention and product improvement. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with sub-processors who help us deliver the service — hosting, email delivery, payment processing and messaging providers — each under a contract that restricts what they may do with it. A current sub-processor list is available on request.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from last contact. Trial data is kept for 30 days after the trial ends unless you subscribe. Customer data on active subscriptions is kept for the life of the account and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Access is restricted by role, protected by two-factor authentication and recorded in an audit log. See our security page for detail.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, a portable export, or that we stop sending marketing. Email hello@theeduera.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a session cookie required for forms and login, and a local preference for your chosen theme and currency. Analytics cookies are used only where you have consented. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country by our sub-processors. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers are notified by email.
