Refund & cancellation policy

Last updated 27 August 2026

Free trial

The 14-day trial requires no payment method, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. If you do not subscribe, the workspace simply becomes read-only.

Monthly plans

Cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After 30 days the term runs to its end date; you can turn off auto-renewal at any point and the plan will not renew.

What is not refundable

  • Onboarding, migration and custom development work already performed.
  • WhatsApp conversation charges and SMS credits already consumed — these are paid to third parties.
  • Message packs and add-on credits that have been used.
  • Third-party licence fees purchased on your behalf.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the next renewal rather than immediately, so you keep the access you have already paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day.

Service failure

If the platform is unavailable beyond our published commitment and the cause is ours, contact support. Enterprise agreements carry service credits; on other plans we consider proportionate credits case by case.

How to request a refund

Email sales@theeduera.com from the account email address with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Your data after cancellation

You can export everything at any point, including after cancelling. Data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, then deleted permanently — or sooner if you ask us to.
